SUMMARY
At ZEVA Global, we are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Support Intern to contribute to the sales efforts of a leading software services company in the electric vehicle sector. As a unique opportunity, you will join our team and assist in developing and implementing impactful sales strategies that promote our proprietary software platform and its benefits to a global audience. This is a 12-month, full-time internship position that provides an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a rapidly growing and evolving field. RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Assist in the management and maintenance of customer databases, ensuring accuracy and currency of data.
- Support the sales team in the preparation of presentations and proposals for potential clients.
- Help coordinate sales events, meetings, and other activities to facilitate client engagement and business development.
- Conduct research to identify new sales opportunities and understand market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and handling inquiries.
- Assist with the analysis of sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.
- Address and resolve customer service requests promptly, providing exceptional support to enhance client satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience:
- Post-Secondary education in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field and/or relevant work experience and interest.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear and effective presentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, and experience with customer relationship management software(s).
- A proactive, collaborative mindset; capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in technology, electric vehicles, and sustainable solutions.
